AranVision helps manufacturers, facilities and energy teams design, modernize and commission reliable automation—from PLC logic and HMI/SCADA to electrical controls and field startup.
Designed from the field device to the operator screen.
Core capabilities
One accountable technical partner across software, controls documentation and commissioning.
Programming, migration and troubleshooting across Siemens, Allen-Bradley and Beckhoff platforms.
Operator interfaces, alarm strategy, data visibility and facility controls built for dependable operation.
Implementation-ready schematics, panel layouts, I/O documentation and BOMs developed around the approved project requirements.
FAT, SAT, field checkout, loop testing, sequence validation and practical startup support on site.
Structured fault diagnosis, legacy-system assessment and phased upgrades that respect production constraints.
Safety-control implementation support and reliable device connectivity across the control architecture.
Defined outcomes
Four focused ways to reduce uncertainty before a larger implementation, shutdown or commissioning commitment.
For one defined PLC, HMI/SCADA, drive, network or commissioning problem that needs an experienced second opinion before more time or production access is committed.
What is known, what remains unproven and what should be checked next.See scope and outputs →For an installed PLC/HMI system facing obsolescence, reliability or supportability concerns where interfaces and shutdown risk must be understood before migration.
Which migration path is practical, what must be preserved and how the change should be verified.See scope and outputs →For an OEM, panel shop or facility working from incomplete, inconsistent or outdated electrical-controls documentation.
What can be verified, what must be redlined and what constitutes a controlled release.See scope and outputs →For teams approaching FAT, SAT, I/O checkout, machine run-off or controlled startup that need visible acceptance evidence and issue ownership.
What is ready, what failed, what was retested and what remains with another responsible party.See scope and outputs →Industries
The technology may repeat. The process risk, operating context and acceptance criteria never do.
Machine controls, motion, drives, safety and production-line modernization.
Defined PLC, HMI, electrical-design and commissioning packages that extend project capacity.
BESS, hybrid power, EV charging, protection, monitoring and controls integration.
HVAC, central utilities, environmental controls and energy optimization.
Conveyors, VFDs, sensors, sequencing, HMI and reliability improvements.
Pumping, remote monitoring, distributed I/O and resilient field controls.

Good controls work is not only code. It is understanding the process, managing interfaces and proving the system before production depends on it.
Clarify the process, constraints, interfaces, risks and definition of success.
Develop the control philosophy, architecture, drawings, software and documentation.
Test sequences, interlocks, alarms, safety functions and communications before startup.
Support field checkout, controlled startup, handover and post-startup stabilization.
Delivery assurance
AranVision is a principal-led industrial automation company combining controls software, control-panel documentation and field commissioning in one coordinated workflow. Every engagement is structured around clear requirements, applicable project standards, verification evidence and maintainable handover.
Additional qualified project resources are coordinated when the agreed scope requires them. Regulated professional engineering, electrical contracting, panel certification and approvals are identified separately and assigned to the appropriately licensed or authorized party.
Ways to engage
AranVision can review a defined problem, own a work package or extend an existing project team.
A bounded review of the installed system, risks, evidence gaps and recommended next work package.
PLC, HMI/SCADA, controls documentation or modernization deliverables with agreed interfaces and acceptance criteria.
Scheduled FAT, SAT, I/O checkout, startup, troubleshooting and handover support.
Part-time, fractional or subcontract controls support for OEM, integrator and contractor project teams.
Common questions
Yes. A large part of the work is understanding installed systems, troubleshooting faults, documenting what exists and developing a practical modernization path.
Core experience includes Siemens, Rockwell / Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, AVEVA / Wonderware, FactoryTalk, Schneider / CODESYS and common industrial communication networks.
Yes. Deliverables can include schematics, single-line diagrams, panel layouts, I/O and terminal documentation, BOMs, SCCR and protection considerations, and build or commissioning support. The proposal identifies any third-party review, certification, electrical-contractor or authority responsibilities required for the specific project.
Yes. AranVision can own a defined work package or work as an embedded controls resource alongside engineering, maintenance, OEM and construction teams.
AranVision is based in Toronto and provides scheduled on-site support across Ontario. Remote controls support is available across Canada and North America. Canadian travel outside Ontario is considered only by prior project agreement; United States delivery is remote.
