Who we are

AranVision is a Toronto-based industrial automation company. Privacy questions can be sent to info@aranvision.ca.

Information you choose to provide

When you submit a project, booking or technical-question form, or contact AranVision by email, telephone, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, the information you provide is used to review and respond to the inquiry, communicate about requested services and keep necessary business records. Typical fields include name, work email, company, project or session details and preferred times.

Do not send passwords, production credentials, personal information about other people, or confidential drawings, backups or client files through the website forms. If project files are needed, AranVision will confirm an approved exchange method after the initial review.

How website requests are delivered

Website forms are sent to AranVision over HTTPS and relayed to info@aranvision.ca using FormSubmit's email-delivery service. FormSubmit may process the submitted fields for that delivery. If automatic delivery is unavailable, the site may ask you to complete the same message through your email client or WhatsApp. Inquiry content is retained only as reasonably needed for communication, project evaluation, legal requirements and business records.

Scheduling and payment

If AranVision enables official Microsoft Bookings scheduling or a secure third-party payment page, choosing those links takes you to the provider's website and its privacy and security terms apply. The AranVision website does not collect or store payment-card details.

Website measurement

If you allow analytics, the website may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate page visits, referral sources, button clicks and site reliability. IP addresses are requested in anonymized form where the tool supports it. Analytics cookies and similar storage are optional. You can decline the banner, and AranVision does not use this measurement to sell personal information or to build advertising audiences.

Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, may set a security cookie needed to distinguish automated traffic from ordinary visitors. That cookie is used for network security and availability, not for marketing.

WhatsApp, email, telephone and LinkedIn

If you choose those channels, the privacy practices of Meta/WhatsApp, your email provider, your telephone carrier and LinkedIn also apply. Messages you send there are not stored by the website itself.

Legal bases and Canadian privacy

AranVision handles inquiry information to respond to a request you initiated and to operate a legitimate business communication record. Analytics run only with your optional consent. These practices are intended to align with applicable Canadian private-sector privacy expectations, including PIPEDA, for a small Ontario services business.

Retention, access and contact

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected, plus any longer period required by law or dispute handling. To ask what information AranVision holds about a request you made, or to request a correction, email info@aranvision.ca.
