    Confirm fit and scope

    AranVision reviews the request and confirms the appropriate format, availability, required inputs and any exclusions.

    Approve and pay

    A written confirmation is issued. When payment is required, use the secure Stripe payment or invoice link before the appointment is reserved.

    Meet and close

    The session is delivered with the stated outputs, followed by the agreed recap, notes or technical records.

Fees are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are stated on the invoice or Stripe payment page. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment or authorization to begin work.

What happens next?

Is a submitted time automatically booked?+

No. Your requested times are proposals. The appointment is reserved only after AranVision confirms fit, scope, availability and any required payment in writing.

Where do I enter card details?+

Only on Stripe’s hosted payment or invoice page opened from this site or from AranVision’s written confirmation. This website never stores card numbers.

What should I send before a technical session?+

Send a concise problem statement, platform and software versions, relevant non-confidential drawings or screenshots, what has already been checked and the decision you need to make. Never send passwords or production credentials.

Can sessions be delivered remotely?+

Yes. Remote consulting is available across Canada and North America. Some commissioning or field conditions may require scheduled on-site observation in the GTA by arrangement.

Are the listed fees final?+

Fixed-fee offerings are based on the listed scope. Travel, on-site work, additional preparation, specialized software access and expanded deliverables are quoted separately before work begins.
