From temperature signals to a daily record

Problem

Two temperature values are available from a PLC, but the recording task still needs a defined source, time basis and daily output.

Solution

The selected approach is to read the two values with Node-RED and prepare a daily CSV output. Confirm signal identity, units, sampling and access before connecting.

Define timestamps, missing-data behavior and the checks that would establish agreement with the source. A recorded value alone does not prove instrument accuracy.

Result and evidence limits

The recorded result is a defined approach. Installation, execution and practical testing are not recorded, so this story does not claim that a working recorder was delivered.
